There’s really no wonder why cornhole is one of the world’s most popular backyard games, simply the rage at barbecues, reunions, and other such festive gatherings. It’s now making a name for itself at such places as tailgate parties and corporate outings; really, everywhere there is a gathering of two or more people!

Everyone can play the game (if there are younger or older players, simply shorten the toss length to suit the players). The rules couldn’t be simpler (essentially, pitch the beanbag and try to get it into the hole). Transport is no problem whatsoever (basically, it’s two boards and eight little beanbags). Singles can play against each other, or rousing team events or tournaments are subject to break out at any time! Let the games begin!

Like all other great things in life, cornhole has made tremendous strides forward as it has gained popularity among the masses. In its early days, cornhole simply consisted of a plain, untreated or painted board accompanied by crudely cobbled together beanbags. My, how times have changed! One thing cornhole game owners now enjoy about the whole game experience, outside of the actual gaming that takes place, is displaying their cornhole boards and bags for all to see!

Nowadays, any paint scheme, color, design, or pattern can either be selected from a seemingly limitless variety of available layouts, or better yet, custom ordered from cornhole game manufacturers. Custom logos, such as your company’s logo, are finding their way into the game now. You can submit your own photos and script to be applied to the board and/or the beanbags.

If you’ve got a family reunion coming up, you can customize your boards (they can each have their own ‘look’) with your name, perhaps the date, photos, and so on. If you’re a big professional football fan (and may consider bringing your cornhole to a tailgate party), you can look at really sharp nfl cornhole boards. Really- any sport, event, anything at all personalized. Just, well, anything you can dream of!

Now, if you really want to take your game to a whole new level, consider getting plastic as opposed to corn in the bags (makes ’em waterproof); add a score strip or tower; pick up some tote bags and koozies; and for night games, you can get equipped with cornhole lights. Now, that’s entertainment!
