Studying MS in CSE abroad

The procedure to apply to study masters in CSE abroad

  1. Start the process early enough; give yourself at least six months of preparation. This is to say that you need to start the application process six months before the start of the course.
  2. Research on the universities you are interested in and make a list.
  3. Download application forms for all the universities on your list and fill them in.
  4. Ensure you have all the required documents for the application process; you may need to contact your former lecturer for a letter of recommendation among other documents.
  5. Once you have completed filling in the application forms, post them and wait for a reply from the university. You must ensure you have filled the forms appropriately to maximise success.
  6. Check your financial status and decide how you want to finance your master’s degree; if you need education loans, then it is not too early to start searching and applying.
  7. After you have received replies from the universities, start looking for scholarships both from the university as well as from external sources.
  8. You will then receive your offer letter from the university,and you can now start your loan process or your self-finance process depending on your choice at financing your education.
  9. Then obtain your CAS letter, with your CAS letter you can then apply for your student visa.
  10. After you have obtained your student visa, you can then buy your tickets,and you are good to go.
